This unique pot is a perfect choice for a cascade-style bonsai tree or your favorite orchid. There are etchings around each quadrant of the pot, two showing natural scenes, including a hand-painted bird, and two that are only Hanzi characters. Other than the painted bird, the bright colors of which show up well, the etchings are hand painted with black paint for contrast. Other than the rim and feet, the pot is painted with a sand color, and the etchings show up very clear against it. The flared round rim tapers into a square base, and is plenty deep to help your tree get well-rooted. The pot also has air holes to allow for orchid planting.
